There are so many suggested supplements for anxiety out there. I wish I had a book or some way to get comprehensive info about how much to take, how often to take, how often to take a rest from it, what not to mix with prescription meds, etc.
I know there's all kinds of herbs, viatmins, minerals, amino acids, etc. that are often recommended. I have taurine, B vitamins, calcium, chelated magnesium, borage oil, fish oil, vitamin c, vitamin E, kava kava. Some of this stuff I take and some I don't. I'm on Paxil CR and so am worried to take too many things. Does anyone know of a good source of info/book or whatever to help chase the answers down?
Thanks1
janet

Fish oil can protect against stress/anxiety
Optimal dose is 1 gram EPA (8-9 gram fish oil)
