Hi everyone:
I wrote a week or so ago about being really really low and thanks to all who wrote back. I am trying new things currently, such as taurine and niacinamide, and am still taking omega-3's every day and l glutamate.
Last night I took some of my dexadrine, and though it has crashed me before, my depression seemed so much worse. Often when I crash, it is more of an anxious, agitated, depression that goes away with time and an extra benzo. I'm scared to take them anymore if they get that bad again. Does anyone know if there's anything to take with them so that the crash isn't as bad? When they work for my mood and lethargy, they work so great (social anxiety)! But once in awhile, the crash is terrifying. I felt like hurting myself last night, and today am so low, and anxious.
Thanks, Maggie
