I just started on 200mg. It really made me feel spacey. Is there an adjustment period? I am extremely sensitive to anything nowadays since I have been withdrawing from an antipsychotic and an SSRI. Nevertheless, I want to give this a good shot if I know I can adjust to it. Thanks

In a word, yes!
I started with 250mg at night time, then I added a further 125mg during the day and felt drowsy.
Because of this response, I took the extra dose at bedtime too. I still felt drowsy in the a.m.
However, shortly afterwards that daytime drowsiness disappeared. Now, I don't even feel drowsy at night. Despite taking tryptophan too!
I recommend taking it before bed.
