hi, it's riboflavin (b2) that makes your pee yellow!

No it's normal for any b2 supplement - Personally I don't do too well with high riboflavin, but do really well with small doses.

Most of the b vitamins are grouped together for their function on nerves, and nerve transmission.

They are water soluble which means that any your body doesn't use will be excreted. The yellow pee is just the actual color of the vitamin that you are not using.

It's harmless.

by the way, it's been a long time that you've been on this board. I feel like a psychobabble senior myself! Although I know of a few that were around much before myself.

Flourescent pee is VERY bad......it means you are seriously radioactive.

To be TOTALLY sure though you must pee in the dark to see if it still glows. If it does not glow and you pee on the floor then you should be ok.....although a common side effect of this is sore knees (caused by cleaning the bathroom floor).
