I noticed that about a year ago Magnesium was a bit of a talking point in relation to the Coldcure link.
Is anyone currently having success with Mag for anxiety and depression ?
Thanks

I have found Magnesium to be very helpful for anxiety, but not that helpful for depression. I take it before bed. One of the best, most absorbable forms is Magnesium glycinate. One company that markets this is Solgar, and the product name is "Chelated Magnesium." Magnesium citrate is also good.

I did try it. Helped with sleep, but no other noticable good effects. Daytime dosing left me sleepy and lethergic but didn't seem to impact my anxiety states. I do remember a big buzz about it and George Somebody (a website) declared it a cure for all his difficulties.
