Hello All!
I have to speak in front of a group this Saturday...something I normally do not do. I'm anxious and nervous to the point where I'm almost having an anxiety attack. Does anyone have a suggestion for a supplement that can help calm me down enough to get through this?
Thanks!
Charm

well.. I feel like I hypocrite saying this because when things get bad for me I always use a benzo. However, for anxiety that's within the realm of normal I've found a combination of Lemonbalm (Melissa) and Passionflower helpful, the combination is significantly more potent than either herb alone. Passionflower on it's own can be quite useful but Lemonbalm does next to nothing for most people.
If you have a good health food store near you I'd also recommend Gaia herbal combinations for something you can trust, they are excellent. Gaia makes two nerve tinctures one is Melissa Supreme and the other is I think, called California Poppy/Valerian.I really hope this helps, good luck.
