> ive now been on St Johns Wort for a little on 3 weeks, it really helped the first 2 weeks but it seems to be losing its edge and im feeling pretty nervous and anxious, I'll give it a little longer and see what happens, i was just wondering if i was having a really bad day, could i take a Temaze while on st johns wort. I know they can be addictive and i certainly don't want to start taking them daily, just on those really badddddd days.

You can combine SJW with Temazapam, no problem. Temazepam is one of the benzos that has some fun value, but not something you should do every day. SJW is a Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor, so you can't mix it with other antidepressants.

Cheers,
Panda.
