I take muli-vits, i take fish oil and ginseng along with ginkgo, I am on Effexor. I do sneak in a soda or two just about everyday, I am concerned that having a treat like soda is going to drain or flush out all the good stuff like the vits and supplements. I also drink coffee too, I cannot live without it and it is a diuretci now does anyone think soda and coffee might ruin the effects of these supplements I am taking.

It may hasten their metabolism or reduce their effectivness, but I highly doubt coffee and coke will completely negate the effects of the supplements.

No. You can't undo those benefits from a couple of sodas a day. That said, there is growing evidence that fructose consumption (as from glucose-fructose syrup used to sweeten soda) is a major health risk, vis a vis diabetes.Lar
