Dear Lar,
this seems like a simple request but alas, it is so complicated for me.
When taking vitamins & minerals....who goes with what and when? does one block another? or cancel out another?
Should I take a multi in the am? with a vitamin B complex. Multi in the middle of the day?
B in the morning. B alone? B with minerals? how about antioxidants...vitamins: a,c, e, alone or with b and throw in a multi?
what works for the best of our biorhythms?
Do you have that data or can you direct me to where I can get that data?
