It looks like they just took some hopeless cases and it worked on some of them when nothing else had.The longer you have manic depression ,the more damage your cells recive resulting in the rapid cycle.I belive the brain cells are damaged and brain damage is seen in all forms of mental illness.I belive you can shoot holes in any study.You have got to take a course of action and see if it works.If it works, it works.These drugs have tons of problems and people just ignore them.Lithium is toxic to the body yet they give it to people.It does not work on some people.
