Hello,
I am trying to eat more fish for the omegas but many times I suffer the aftertaste or burps, especially with sardines and during workout several ours later.
Is there any herb or spice to combine that can help with this problem?.

> ThanksI'm concerned that you may have a hiatal hernia. The pyloric valve, which should close off the esophagus after a meal, may not be functioning properly. Regurgitation during physical strain is a factor in regurgitation, but only if you're already incompetent at the pyloris.
Alternatively, you might eat your sardines after you pump up.
Ginger helps some people. As does bromelain. But you may have a medical problem.
