I'm redirecting my post to Admin....but you are right. There is a large gap from 6/8 through 6/29. It looks like an attempt at archiving gone bad. The last archive available seems to be 5/22. Then maybe this one malfunctioned?
I think it's an automated process, but I know less than zero about it. This is only answerable by Dr. Bob AFAIK.
Baffled.

How on earth does a computer problem make you feel uncared about? Has your telephone ever stopped working after a storm or because of some other technical problem? Did you then feel unloved because you couldn't call up your friends?
And it's not even like the board is down You can still post. You ARE still posting in fact. A few old posts have been missing from the main page for less than 24 hours. You got an acknowlegment of the problem within a few hours. (on a holiday weekend at that!!!). I honestly don't see how you can get from that to your conclusion that this is personal.

I honestly don't see how you can get from that to your conclusion that this is personal.Pardon me for interrupting, but on a mental health board, it's precisely during a holiday weekend - when many of us experience more pronounced symptoms - that a board such as this should be more carefully watched for technical problems. Many of us are isolated in the first place.
I can't speak for Phillipa, but I find your presumption that she looks to a computer for emotional support or to feel cared about to be demeaning and insulting.Good grief, indeed.

Many of us are isolated in the first place. This sounds like a role for your personal therapist (if he/she isn't on vacation). I seem to recall there's something on the board about getting help in person if you need it.

I believe that it is an unreasonable expectation. This is not a service paid for.

Sure isn't personal. I don't use babble much anymore. As I have repeatedly said I like the search bar for google for our business for research. As my computer is set up so babble is my toolbar. I feel for those that lost their posts. And I personally don't buy the glitch bit. Whatever Phillipa
