Can anyone tell me if Jerry is alive? Has anyone tried to contact him in ways other than email?
Was any call to police etc made?
I'm just concerned.

I'm worried, too. I don't have any way of getting his private info from this site. I'll try to contact someone who may have access to this or who may have heard something.
In the meantime, keeping him in my thoughts and prayers.

Maybe the best thing to do, other than trying to see if anyone can contact him more directly, is to post a message of encouragement and caring to him on the Meds board, and communicate concerns to one another via babblemail? I'm thinking if Jerry is not all right, it might be pretty devastating for others here who are on the fragile side, you know?
That said, if anyone finds something out, wouldja let me know? And I hope he's being quiet for other reasons. Seems to me he had a pretty good relationship with his pdoc, these days, didn't he? Maybe he's getting more intense treatment right now? I hope so.

We exchanged a couple of emails yesterday, and he gave me permission to let y'all know. He's not doing great, but he's holding on. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

The last posts that were made to him were very supportive. He essentially said that this is "it", and we havn't heard anything since. He is not responding to babblemail, even from good online friends.
