Not pathetic at all. It's upsetting sometimes to not feel you are able to express yourself as fully as you would like.

I'm glad it passed, and I understand. I don't think it was self-absorbed or anything. It's frustrating when you want to express yourself and something external gets in the way.

That IS a truely awesome phrase. For some reason I love that word (flotsam not poopiness) but have never actually used it in a sentence. I'll have to make that a goal.And thanks for the support everyone.
