HELP, I don't know what I am doing wrong now. I posted an important thread (to me anyway) about which migraines people were using with their MAOI's and it hasn't come up on the board. Where did it go? What am I doing wrong?
And btw, I can't figure out where I am supposed to go for babble mail light turning on, ect either.

Is this it?
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/20060504/msgs/641231.html
It is over on the main Babble (medications) board.
To turn on your babblemail you need to update your registration (I think) here:
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
There should be an option for turning Babblemail on.

I went to the register link you gave me and there is nothing on there about babblemail. I am already registered, duh donna, and it seems that is what that page wants me to do, just register. Also Philipa said something about peoples' names being blue, I don't see any blue. I mean on the names. My light must be on somehow because i did get a babblemail once. The whole thing is over my head and I have a high IQ. My whole brain must be dissovling.

There are a lot of boards. Sometimes it can be a bit confusing... You will get the hang of it :-) When you post you get
'Enter your post' above the text box and then
'Board:' and the name of the board. Sometimes that can help you keep a track of where you put them. You can also tick a little box so that you receive email notification of follow-ups to the thread if you would like.
>I am already registered... and it seems that is what that page wants me to do, just register. There should be a button / link that says 'Update Registration' (you might need to scroll down the page a bit. You want to fill in your username and password and click on that button / link. From there you can change your Babblemail setting to 'On'.
At the top of this post that you are reading now my posting name should appear somewhere near the top. It should be in Blue (because my Babblemail is turned on). If you want to Babblemail someone you can just open one of their posts and follow their name from the link. If their name is in black then that means they don't have Babblemail switched on. Once yours is switched on then your name on your posts should turn from black to blue and then people will be able to Babblemail you. They go through the server so nobody will get to see your email address...
Hope this helps.
I remember being really confused about how to get that working...

Ah. Your Babblemail was already turned on :-)
You must have opted for that when you registered for the first time. You can send Babblemails by opening a post of the person you want to Babblemail and then following the blue link from their name on the top left
(Or you can enter someone elses name if you want once the form has popped up)
Hope this helps...

I'm still not doing it right. I replied to a babblemail by hitting the reply button. I guess I am supposed to go somewhere else and then reply.

Hey. Yeah you can't reply to Babblemails by hitting reply.
At the bottom of your Babblemail there should be a link you can follow to get a Babblemail form. Otherwise you can just send them one the usual way.
I got your Babblemail thanks.
I've just been trying to do some work today...

There should be a link at the bottom of the Babblemail.
If you follow that link then you will get a new Babblemail form so you can send a reply.
