Are you using Mozilla firefox, or whatever it's called now instead of your usual browser?

Have you, perhaps, inadvertently set the anti-addiction limits to "yes"? As I understand it, that would cause the screen, including the yellow "new" indicators to refresh only on a 24-hour period. The anti-addiction limits yes or no boxes are found close to the top of the screen under the list of boards.

Sorry - missed this

OK,

First thing I would think is to clear your cache.. I don't have netscape, but in IE its in tools, then internet options then the "delete files" button..

I would also delete all cookies too.. there should be a button or someting that says "delete cookies". All your new indicators will be there on yoru first visit then, but shouldn't on your second..

A full cache can cause some wierd problems!

Give those two a try and let me know how you go

Nikki

Thanks Nikki,
I deleted cookies, interent files- offline too and history. When I came back there were indicaters everywhere and then I refreshed so there were none and when I posted it didnt show an indicator? :-( What else could it be? the anti addiction box wasnt checked.

So are you now getting NO indicators at all?

Its a pain I know, sorry

I get indicators as soon as i delete everything and then as soon as I come back there are no idicators on the page, even when there is a new post.

Weird! When you display your cookies:

Do you have one called "babbletimes"?

I deleted my cookies a couple more times then it went back to normal. Although it could have been something I inadvertently (sp) did and then undid.

Where did you go on vacation? I like the pic
