For abbreviations and what they mean. Examples LOL, ROFL, IMO, etc. A lot of others when they first come here don't know what they mean. Maybe add it at the top of the registration board or under information. Thanks Phillipa

Good idea. Maybe a link from the FAQ, from the same place where we have Shar's explanation of lingo?
Here's a link...as long as no one minds that it includes lots of *colorful* acronyms, too! It's really an exhaustive list, and a learning experience!

I know! Who could remember them to use them...or really want to?! Besides, you'd be making whole sentences with them....kind of impersonal after a while...
