Does anyone know where Dr. Bob is? I know he's on vacation, but where? I've been driving myself (more?) crazy trying to figure out where that picture was taken. I just am always curious about such things. If anyone knows, please do post! :)

I think he is in a tropical place with palm trees and rainy weather.

I thought it looked like there was a smattering of snow on the ground. Although he's not wearing a coat. And, frankly, I don't think he looks like he's enjoying himself very much.

I was thinking rain rather than snow. What do you make of that building? I was thinking someplace in South America, but perhaps my imagination has run a little wild.
PC, I love your subject line!

I was thinking the "building" might actually be a commercial fishing boat, and the "snow" a seawall. You can tell from my perceptions that I live on a bay in an area where it almost never snows. :-)
Dr. Bob never tells me where he's going on vacation. Perhaps he's seen the Bill Murray / Richard Dreyfus comedy, "What About Bob?" It's one of my favorites.

I forgot to use double-double quotes. That would be the movie, "What About Bob?"

My theory is Nova Scotia, due to weather and fishing boat, etc.

But we can't tell if he's using baby steps!

That's definitely a wall, and those are palm trees in the background. I can tell because of the way the trunks are growing. It's a stucco building and he doesn't have a coat on but has a hat with a visor. Some place warm. Fondly Phillipa

Phillipa, to me it looked like a 2-level commerical trawler with a boom and a pile of nets in the stern. But now that you've put the idea of palm trees in my mind, I'm wavering.
And PC, I had completely forgotten about "baby steps." You made me laugh out loud!
Best wishes,

I just started a Thread on PBabble on this too. I thought I would give them a chance to comment too. I don't know if they visit here. I know it's not on meds but everyone wants to know about our Dr. Bob! Fondly, Phillipa

It's a reference to the movie "What About Bob" where the patient (Billy Crystal) keeps getting anxious about self improvement and reminds himself that he needs to take baby steps instead of worrying about the What Ifs?
(Hope this wasn't a spoiler for anyone who didn't see this movie yet!)

Click on your link for the movie. These mysterious computers make up stuff on their own.
