I see that a lot in subject lines: "...(trigger)" or "...(may trigger)".
What does it mean?

that the post may be about or mention (typically graphically) abuse, SI (self injury) or suicide.
It is saying that the post may 'trigger' intense feelings in others so if you are feeling particularly vulnerable you may want to give that post / thread a miss.
