please dont misunderstand,,
"dont post to me" has nothing to be with not being liked..
i think it takes a lot of control to avoid posters who may trigger negatives responsives in ourselves...
this is a skill that is very important to learn when dealing with all people in our everyday lives..
please dont make it more than it is..

It seems to be a work in progress. Every time I think I've grasped all the categories of infraction, a new one springs into creation.

If someone is pressuring you and pushing your buttons, asking that someone not post to you is the only sense of control you have.
If you have other support you can work it out with I think it makes a difference, but if don't have access to therapy or are isolated
something that looks like it should be easily ignored isn't always as innocuous as it seems.
