Does one have to have a certain type of reason to ask someone not to post to him or her? For example, does the person have to have been offensive, or can you just ask someone not to post to you because you don't want them to?

The idea is to try to keep people from being harassed or pressured, so I think the reason should probably be that they posted more than once to you and you felt harassed or pressured. There may be other acceptable reasons, too, but I'd rather keep this to a minimum...
