i've noticed that posters are dropping in frequently on the babble board to ask about drug interactions, so i was thinking it might be nice to include a link at the top of the page to a drug interaction site such as the one i use:

i've noticed that the questions of these (often) new posters often go unanswered. of course, it would be great if they googled "drug interaction database" like i did, but there ya go. i've had my not-thinking-so-clearly days too. drugdigest.org is a good site that contains many herbs and natural remedies as well as pharmaceuticals, and includes interactions with food and alcohol.

I posted a question about drug interaction sites on Alternative. My recommendation included iherb.com which has a link to 'health encyclopedia' which has supplements a-z, plus conditions, plus interactions and other stuff.

wow, i'll have to check out iherb.com. thanks for mentioning it here as i missed your post on the alt. board. the personalhealthzone.com link below includes an herbal interaction section, and the drugdigest.org link has many herbs in its database. below are some of the best referance databases that i've found, and i usually stop at drugdigest unless i'm left wanting for more information, which is seldom. i'm also happy with it's format above some of the others.

i clicked on PB Tips. it looks like what i need to do is join the group, then just place the drug interaction links into a folder. if that's all there is to it, then i'll be glad to start it, including the site that shar mentioned, and anymore that people want to add.
