Dr Bob could you please remove Dreamerz post my dear mother ..i dont think that it is appropiate at this time with BarbaraCats ..loss ..that is so heartless to post something like that in her times of grief ..she has asked all to pray ..not be bitter...thankyou..Robin

I'm sorry I was not aware of Barabras post as I haven't seen her name before..delete it if you wish..Yes I am very bitter but has nothing to do with Barbara's post ...it's to do with circumstances that occured 'real life'yesterday.

Robin, I don't think Dreamer's post invalidates Barbara's at all. Even if was me that lost my Mom, I wouldn't connect Dreamer's hurt & disillusion with her mother with my loss, & feel she was being tactless. But that's me.

RDJ I understand you're trying to protect BarbaraCat's feelings, but Dreamer's post is a separate thread so is not to be taken as related to BarbaraCat's post. That's part of what I like about this site, there are different conversations going on at once, so people can pick and choose the ones they want to join. I just don't think it would be right to say that the presence of one thread makes others inappropriate. Dreamer's feelings toward her mother are every bit as important as anyone else's and she has a right to express them, even if it does come at the same time as BarbaraCat's tragic loss.

I think you'r every cruel in invalidating Dreamerz post.... when I lost my dad, I didn't expect the whole world to stop talking baout their fathers.
Do e all have to take everyones elses feelings here into accoutn when we post what is causing us pain?? Should I not mention my fathers death (just coming up to the anniversary of it) becaus eit may cause pain to other people??
maybe we should all just stop posting the things that upset us, to make sure we don't cayse other people pain.
