Gabbi--guilty or innocent?

Posted by Bobby on November 27, 2002, at 16:58:04

I must say that if we were in a court of law--mr.scott would be hard pressed to validate his accusations. I would also like to say that his last post was indeed slanderous and true or false--should be, as the jury of her peers have outspokenly agreed, considered for deletion. Would the absence thereof be considered an accessory? Regardless of the amount of time this person was blocked--the damage is has been done.

I wish it was as easy as a guilty or innocent
or verdict. Here it is justice by Dr. Bob.
Deus ex Machina would have been better.

In Dr Bobs hands this has turned into a stockade,
the insults hurled at her are left while she is punished. Actually humilitated.

Gabbi can complain to abuse@verio.com as they host this web site. Let the University of Chicago
know, also.

How was Gabbie treated so badly??

OK, th epost is still there.. but I can't find any case of her bad treatment.

She wasn't blocked for over this subject, as she was already blocked for something on another board... she was blocked for longer for posting while blocked.

If what Mr Scott posted was true, that she was harrassing him, what about him?? No one seems to care that maybe he is hurting ahuge amount. I have been subjected to an internet harrasser, and it is very very frustrating, an doften leads to outbursts that are later regretted.

I;m not saying nayone is right or wrong, I'm really just pointing out that Gabbi wasn't as badly treated as people seem to be thinking.

Nikki

No NickiT2 I was not blocked for something I said on another board, nor was I blocked for posting as two people. I was not BLOCKED for more than a day while a misunderstanding was being cleared up.

That was a misunderstanding, as I had said,on my post look at "me posting" look at alpha male being blocked,
meaning, that if HE was blocked, how could I be posting.
I WAS not posting as someone else.
Dr. Bob and I have straightened things out.
and I honestly don't know why you would speculate about internet harrassment from this?

I mean not that its not ever a possiblility, but however from the evidence here, it seems as if you could be postulating about any thing and be just as close to being on target.

could we just stop this thread? NickiT2 » Gabbix2

Thank-you Oracle, it did hurt, a great deal, and it was meant to.
Bobby, I think you meant the question more rhetorically than it was taken.

As for the thread. I don't think what was said previously is tantamount to anything more than gossip.

And I don't mean regarding me soley, to follow the posting pattern on . The next post could be someone surmising that Mr. Scott had showed up at my door threatening me..

NO this did not happen, I'm trying to make a point.
I don't see how speculating on what may have comprised our relationship, could possibly supportive.
And I'm sure not dishing out any more personal details..

I'm taking a nice loooonggg break now.

Thanks

I got the harrassing stuff form Mr Scotts post that you had been harrassing him.

I am not saying you had or hadn't.

Okay,
He also said, there were naked pics of me on the net.. There are not.
I felt you did make a judgement because you said I wasn't hurt as badly as everyone was saying.
Which would only be true, if I had indeed been guilty of harassing him.

Anyway I'm not going to risk another block,
or entertain this whole ugly spectacle
any longer.

I'm afraid thats not true either, I was not blocked twice, I was blocked once, originally for a week, about 3 days ago. As I am posting again now, before the week is up. I think its made clear that the ONE block was lifted because it was implememnted over a misunderstanding.

Now, thats definately it.

Your "Sorry about the double posts" made me realize that I had overlooked one bit of evidence that alphamale is not you: his posts only appeared once!

No My point had nothing to do with the semantics of treated vs hurt.

You said you were not saying 'who had done what'
(paraphrasing)
And yet made a clear statement on how you felt I'd been treated.

If there had been no judgement made,on what I had done, how could you judge how I had been treated?
It appears contradictory, however at this point I'm speaking in generalizations, that really have nothing to do with the individuals involved anymore.
So once again, could we please let this guilty or innocent thread die?

Its not the point here
The point is public humiliation and unproven allegations, which Mr. Scott endured as well, by Alpha Male.

This is the end of the thread.
