Is this new? Using a different library computer today, I see that the page appears in frames format, which I like. Is this unique to this computer, or can I expect this whenever I visit PB?

Not new at all, haven't I even mentioned them to you before? It's mentioned in the FAQ:

It doesn't depend on the computer, but on the URL. Going to babble.html instead of index.html (or no specified page) gives you the framed version. I'm glad you like it, I think it makes it a lot easier to zip through threads.

The frames version is terrific! Is it only on PB? I get 404s when I try to do it on PSB. Haven't tried it on admin.
