You should think i should switch to another beta blocker nobiten 5 mg half a pill to that other one
i still experience dizzyness for a while from it.. i dont wanna get a heart attack soon... if you know what i mean

I think you should discuss a possible switch with your doctor, yeah. They will also need to check your heart rate and blood pressure.
You would be able to safely switch from Nobiten to an alternative with your doctor's advice, so don't worry about that. Alternatively, they may be able to adjust the dose of your current medication.

i cannot adjust the dosage only up it, if i cut down on nobiten i get hypertensitive crisis in 2 days i dont want that
i think it has to do with those abilify injections
im scared Ed!

You won't get hypertension by switching to a different beta blocker. You'll be fine. You don't have to switch of course, just an idea in case it helps with the dizziness.
