I have been taking Cymbalta for two years for anxiety. I get a lot of fatigue and was wondering if anyone has a medication to recommend to boost energy while on an antidepressant ?

some people are prescribed stimulants. Ritalin was once fairly popular for various forms of depression. Some people are prescribed amphetamines, such as Adderall or Vyvanse. There's also Provigil, which is newer, has a different side effect profile, and is not considered as abuse-able and such.
Sometimes, adding Wellbutrin--a more stimulating antidepressant--to ongoing treatment helps with fatigue and such. However, wellbutrin comes with risks of its own, so I don't know if that's an option for you ((clearly, I'm not a doctor)).
This is the end of the thread.
