I did some online research and it appears Luvox has one of the lowest sexual side effects for men, unfortunately not women. Statistically it seems to have lower incidence than Citalopram, Effexor and some of the most popular SSRI's. It's somewhat less effective for depression but there is a post on dr-bob where it made an effective combo with Bupropion
