Since being on 1,000mg of Depakote ER I've felt better. But I'm super hot & sweaty. My husband even backed away from a hug because he said I was burning hot. I hate sweating.
My doc gave me 500mg Depakote ER and also 125mg Depakote Sprinkles. She said the sprinkles could be added to the 500mg ER tablets.
I'm wondering if the sweating & hotness will go away?
Can you really take 500mg Depakote ER and 250mg Sprinkles?
I'm kind of wondering if dropping to 750mg will stop this awful side effect.
Anyone ever have this side effect? It was made worse by being out on the lake yesterday in the sun. I'm guessing Depakote makes you more sensitive to the sun. Ugh.

out of a sample of 30000 people, 215 reported hyperhydrosis as a side effect,. its rare but it can happen.
