i was up one night just researching minerals that improve brain function, but i came across various articles thaat state, that calcium plays a role in the release of nuerotransmitters.....
im not saying it's a definet yes, but maybe start taking calcium supplemnts, i take calcium 600mg in morning and another tablet at 5pm
could be a wives tale, could not......
jsut make a note that it could help with impaired nuerotransmitter release
