back on Cymbalta just started 60 mg after 2 weeks on 30...trying klonopin now instead of Ativan.....viibryd gone.....is there ever an ssri made that you can take without a benzo.... I think not

It is said to be activating. Cymbalta, though prescribed mainly for depression is also being used for CFS/FM. My experiences with it were normal starting fatigue that was gone after a week. I never felt stimulation from the medication, or any other form of SNRI (Cymbalta/Effexor)

i took cymbalta 10 years ago....it was more activating but some cases i've read its sedating...but its a SNRI and it increases NE which is the activation nuerotranmitter

Now that you've switched over to Cymbalta, how's it going? Any side effects? Sleepiness, speediness?
Is it taking care of you depression better than Viibryd?

yes better for depression.....just started 60 and have some speediness..have klonopin on board....I guess you should give it at least a week for speediness to subside...and take it from there
