Ok, the number one thing I cannot deal with is carb/sugar cravings and an increase in hunger.
I thought viibryd didn't do this!
I ate 3 candy bars last night.
Any insight? Why would viibryd cause this?

I have no idea. My sugar cravings are due to my period. Whenever I eat three chocolate bars... My period will arrive a day or two later, without fail.
I'm not that fussed on artificial sweeteners... But how about cocoa made with actual cocoa (as in close to 100% cocoa solids) with artificial sweetener and milk to deal to the cravings? It doesn't exactly taste delicious... But it kicks the cravings for sure if you make it strong enough...
