Cut Lamictal, add Dopamax?

Posted by Phil on February 20, 2013, at 18:38:54

I would kind of like to lose a lot of weight. I'm more or less stable if you call sitting at home for two years only going out for food and doctors appts. stable.
I don't feel depressed but I'm just not interested enough in anything to move.

Sorry, off topic. Anyone have any input on this newfangled idea? Something tells me that if I could drop this weight I might actually care about getting out more. At the very least maybe I could avoid diabetes in the process.

Any input appreciated as always.

Phil you say you are overweight. Just how overweight? If you want to get out and can as you are food shopping. Have you checked your local YMCA for a membership based on Disability. Would allow for some socialization and bingo a bit of excercise at same time. You might enjoy it? Phillipa

I'm playing my drums and have an exercise bike but I may lose weight I may not. I tend to doubt it when I want to eat everything in sight.

I'll figure it out. Oh I don't like health clubs. Not my thing.

I don't either. I ride my bike outside by myself. If I see people stop and talk. Phillipa
