i've read lots of times adhd is a dopamine definciancy in parts of the brain. When I was 12 i was started on ritilin....and then moved to adderall and that's when the drug abuse started....but i have say....people can grow out of adhd....i didnt really....just more problems i have deal with now....irrtibility, racing thoughts, bad depression, all this stuff...i just want to get up drink coffee, smoke, and go to work....everytime i go to work unmedicated I mess up on things....people always tell me im afraid to fail...and then insult me.....say i live in fear...their danm right....
the other day i was trying to learn how to natrually release dopamine....hypnosis....telling the mind to release the nuerotrasmitters...all this stupid stuff that doesnt work. All the doctors said im just saying i have adhd to confuse them, when all their stupid theroies and observations where not accurate....professional idiots.
I've been drinking coffee alot....vitamen b....liquid diet.....lost 13lbs that's all besides Nuvigil to help with dopamine in the brain. It sucks....it does....but like your having to learn how to walk without a shoulder crutch...its much more painful and grueling to do but it can happen...like all these people therpists...friends...people here on babble....they always find something wrong im doing, they never see anything good, or a solution, they just sit there and judge...not even aknowedging what the root cause of it is.....im just sick of it....
its 11:32....pm yes its getting past that time, i need to take zyprexa and come back to earth, but all this stuff im writing is valid, its just when im under zyprexa i don't think about it...when it wears off the pain comes back...
