You mean a part of your eye is red? That's normal... I have red eyes often, also have small veins who seem to have explode in my eyes... they are more red when I have insmonia or more anxious than usual... I think it's nothing to worry...don't buy eyes drop to remove the red in the eyes... they are bad... Eyes pain, burning eyes, red eyes is common symptoms from anxiety... Did I mention that I have now dilated pupils all the time and that my eyes hurt if I go under the sun?... That's another problem from too much stress... my friend take a picture of me last evening and had the flash in my eyes for 4 hours in a row after he took the picture... will need to wear sun-glasses all the time now! lol

Hummm I was talking about cheap eyes drops like the Visine brand for red eyes...they are very bad and can cause more redness...I use the brand Refresh and only the lubricating ones...to be honnest its doing nothing to reduce the red blood vesssels or the burning eyes sensation...so now I dont put anything in my eyes since I know its anxiety related...
No I didnt go out last night...my friend come home with his boyfriend since I was alone all the evening until 1 AM...we watch some movies...nothing more and its not an improve...im worse than ever...cant wait to see the new PDoc...maybe he will something to fix my problems...maybe not...will see...

I see him in 3 days...I dont expect a miracle, maybe just a PDoc who will be more comprehensive with me and do things like remove or introduce better medication...
Hummm my eyes hurt cause of too much stress for sure...if I sleep bad at night the day after my eyes will be red for sure... if im constipated, and lord know that im very constipated especially since 3 days, and will strain too hard on the toilet so it will lead to blood vessels who will explode...and eyes burn when I dont get enough sleep...dont forget that anxiety lead to high adrenaline level who activate the sympatic nervous system so lead to dilated pupils and photophobia...and no highblood pressure for me, only if I go out of the house and return to the normal to low side at home...being in front of a computer screen or read a book for too long can do this also...thats another of my problem so I avoid using my laptop for more than 20 min and do the same with my smartphone...
