well, lately.. itmay even be noticeable to the people on here, but i constantly feel like i'm only seeing half the picture and not taking in much information from things around me. i'm just so blank. and i think i might have donethis with the ketamine i'm taking. i thought it was putting out 50mgs in each spray from the bottle, but it's actually 50mgs per milliliter in the bottle, and there were 15 milliliters in all. i dont know exactly how much comes out in each spray, but there is no way it is even close to 50mgs. it is probably 5mgs at the most in each spray.
and this makes sense now. i've been reading alot of experiences with doses around 100mgs in nasal form, where it makes people feel out of it for a bit, and then afterwards they feel better emotionally. and all it has been doing is making me dizzy for a few minutes.so, basically my doctor has me on baby doses.

i thoght my doctor had prescribed the ketamine because he understood how bad of a situation i'm in. but these baby doses arent going to do me any good.
i always read about how major depression can be a serious health problem, yet it is not treated like a serious problem. it so hard to get a doctor to actually do what is needed, even when paying them $200 a visit. i have been getting worse and worse ever since i have been off the cyproheptadine that used to help me, and the past 2 weeks have been hell. what the hell am i supposed to do to get some legitimate help?

Poser have you contacted the doc that prescribed the ketamine and let him know what's going on? Phillipa

well, i saw him monday and he upped the dose slightly. but he doesnt seem interested in doing the injection form, or givingme enough ketamine to where i will be "out of it" for a little bit.
i am getting desperate. my mom knows someone who has a bachelors degree in nursing. she is not a practicing nurse at the moment, but she might be willing to inject a low dose of it. i just gotta make sure the nasal form the doc gave me is injectable.

if you were getting 5 mgs per spray, you'd be high.

I was an RN also and I don't feel or think the nasal would be the same as Iv but I don't know. Some solutions are compatible with Iv and some with nasal. Would you inject a common nasal spray? No you wouldn't. Dangerous very. Phillipa

i'm trying tomake sure it is the same form as the ketamine that is injected.
and i really cant tell if it makes me high. i know it just makes me dizzy until i get tolerant to the dose. it is hard for me to feel the effects of being high, from my experience with alcohol.. it is near impossible for me to actually feel drunk.

Being high on Ketamine is far far different than being drunk.
