Dear Scott,
Just to give you an update...I think I might have some soft bipolar stuff going on, as you mentioned. I seem to have some sleep disturbance..insomnia.. even though my meds usually knock me out. Had some racing thoughts and "jumping out of skin" feeling. But also accompanied by feelings of dread!
I am waiting for my doc to contact the pharmacy to request Li 450mg extended release generic. I hope the generic will work ok. Right now I have gone back to Lithobid 450 by splitting one of the pills in half and taking 1 and 1/2, but it doesn't split completely evenly.
This is scary..I am worried the generic Li will not work!

I think lithium products are pretty much the same. It is hard to get it wrong. I'm sure it will work just fine.
