sitting and waiting is the worst thing

Posted by poser938 on March 16, 2012, at 14:17:12

it is like someone dropped a 500 pound weight on my hand, and im just screaming for someone to take it off, and then i'm told that i have to wait 2 weeks until someone can take a look at it and then even longer before they even attempt to take the weight off.

with the doctor that *might* prescribe ketamine, i finally have my appointment to get diagnosed wednsday. and until then, i cant even go ahead and have the appointment made with the psychiatrist, so that i can see him sooner. so it could be another 2 weeks until i even see the psychiatrist. hopefully sooner....

i am just so irritable, empty, and hopeless feeling... and the best we have in emergency care for a situation like mine is to have them shock my brain with ECT. because supposively it is the most effective treatment for depression, though MANY patient reports say otherwise. i'm not doing ECT..............
