I have noticed that when I come down with some sort of sickness with a fever and/or cold, my mood is impacted. Not as in "oh I'm in a bad mood" but rather my anxiety increases, I feel more delicate, less confident, slightly depressed, as if I were having a mini-relapse. Any feel this way too?

> AtypicalYeah it's normal. When you're sick, a lot of stress hormones such as cortisol are released. This can make you feel anxious and down.

I think even normal people feel depressed and down when a feberile illness begins, so I guess its normal for "us" to feel even worse...... all you can do it take a simple analgesic, rest up and ride it out for a couple of days
