Hi everyone,
Just an update to let you all know how I am doing. The taper is going okay so far....only real problem is when I forget to dose the klonopin and focalin at noon time as I find I NEED to nap at about 4 PM if I do this....Also, was wondering if anyone out there has found Focalin to be better and/or longer lasting than the XR form.....is this strange? I am currently at the 37.5 mg dose of effexor.....and as most of you know the next taper will be the worst....not looking forward to it but hoping for the best especially since the weight gain is continuing...Anyway, the fatigue issue and the need for sleep hasn't really changed much....Is this likely due to the fact that I am still taking the effexor? Is the fluoxetine also a factor? I know most think klonopin is a factor....but I find it energizes me? Maybe because its a low dose and helps to ease my anxiety which helps my energy? Not really sure but thats my best guess.

Yes my doc has always said anxiety drains you so klonopin sounds right. Phillipa

FM, klonipin and Xanax both give me a lift. I figure it's the relief from anxiety as Phillipa said. I don't know the answer to your question about focalin.
Steady on, and best to you.
