Anyone have both ADD and anxiety? I am not taking Rx stimulants right now. Find it difficult to concentrate without caffeine, but dosing it is hard even using pills. I find that it's near impossible to combine these to have one counteract the sides of another. That is, caffeine induced anxiety wears off and only then do I feel the xanax. Anyone else have this problem?
