Hi all,
I've successfully withdrawn from Seroquel after being on it for 13 years. It's been one month clear. Now I'm feeling the side effects from 30mg.Lexapro and 30mg.Buspar daily (been taking both for many many years as well). Predominant problem is insomnia and feeling a wee bit manicky (no bi-polar diagnosis in my history). My question is: Should I reduce the Lexapro by 10mg or should I try to eliminate the Buspar next?
Thanks to all responders!

What does your doc say? If it was me Id try lowering the lexapro. 30mg is a pretty large dose.
I didnt get hypo on it, I got mixed and really irritable.

Wow! Thanks so much for all your input. I do not have a pdoc, just a psychopharmacologist. As you may all know, these technicians are in the business of keeping clients on meds. They don't believe that people can heal from their illnesses, at least mine does not.
I'm going with dropping the Lexapro down to 20mg. I slept very well last night after hiking quite a bit yesterday to calm down my system. I was so heavily medicated for so long that I forgot 30mg. of Lexapro is a hefty dose.
My tools for healing my psyche and body: yoga, love, genetic testing for Celiac disease (www.enterolab.com)(Celiac can affect the brain), gluten-free diet (2 years), Bach flower remedies administered by a Feng shui master, a safe quiet home, lots of walking and other sports, and finding my passion in my work life.
This is the end of the thread.
