I've been sitting for long periods of time at work and home, with my legs sometimes crossed beneath me. (Sitting with my left leg folded underneath me for hours basically).
Anyways, my left leg feels a bit odd. Sometimes I would get up and it would be painful and I can't really walk for like a minute or two. My left leg just feels a bit weird. I'm wondering if sitting on it for long periods of time might have caused a clot to form and if so is this really bad?
Should I be worried?
I've done this before and my leg didn't feel weird. When should I be worried? Should I see a doctor or am I being a hypochondriac again? I skipped my meds a bit so maybe it's just anxiety rearing it's ugly head.

Deneb easy check for that the Homan's sign google it. I'm sure you don't have it though. press back on foot and see if it elicites a pain in your calf that would be a positive Homan's. Phillipa

Um, I feel my muscles being stretched and I'm not very stretchy so it feels a bit like pain, I'm not sure. I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly though. Well I read more about DVT and it seems like there should be more pain or swelling or something. I don't have that.
I'm not as worried anymore, but now I'm worried about this black spot I have on my toe. It's irregularily shaped. I'm worried it's melanoma. I've had it for months though. I'm not sure if it is changing or growing. If it is, it's growing very slowly, so slowly that I can't notice it. I saw the doctor about this already. She told me to come in again if it changes. I'm not sure if it has changed. What should I do? Should I go to the doctor?
I also have this weird growth on my ear. I've had it for more than 2 years, maybe 3. I saw a dermatologist for it in 2008 and he said it was benign, but could he be wrong? Anyways, even if he isn't wrong I think I'd like it removed maybe.
Then again maybe I'm just being a hypochondriac about all of this. It seems unlikely that I would suddenly have all these life threatening situations.

Deneb yes by now would have pain, reddness, swelling so I feel you can rule DVT out. As for the toe and ear do what I recently did see the dermatologist let him check the toe and he can excise the ear lump growth easily in office. Also for your peace of mind google pics of melanoma and then one of conditions of nails pictures there are there as I've viewed them myself. The black spot on nail could be a bruise that hasn't grown out yet. Oh I know for me anxiety does this to me I have everything wrong one after the other. Phillipa
