Sulpiride has been used for depression on occasion, but the related amisulpride (Solian) has been more widely studied for this indication. The most common dose of amisulpride for depression is 50mg per day. If you search the p-babble archives you will find numerous reports of experience with amisulpride.

yeah been on it bout a week-seems to help but not sure-feel in a daze but was is a daze before I started in because of withdrawal from meds-so it's hard to tell. On 50mgs.
