Hi,
Does anyone know how much seroquel, abilify and zyprexa = 1 mg risperdal?
The question refers to each of the three drugs separately, of course :)
Thanks.

> Thanks.Equivalent doses can only be calculated for drugs which have exactly the same mechanism of action. Seroquel, Abilify, Zyprexa and Seroquel are not sufficiently similar for any accurate equivalent doses to be calculated - these drugs are not equivalent to one another at any dose because their pharmacological properties are different.
I can give you a very vague idea of doses which may have similar antipsychotic efficacy in schizophrenia, that's all.....
Risperdal 4mg
Zyprexa 10mg
Abilify 10mg
Seroquel 350mgHope this answers your question.
