Norepinephrine and dopamine seem to facilitate linear thinking. With SSRI's I can't think in a straight line. Does anyone have this problem too?

Which ssri are you taking? taking an ssri is abit like a chemical lobotomy, so it screws your cognition, think of adhd people who have a small discrepancy in dopamine and norepinephrine transmission times that by 10 and you've got what ssri's do to you lol

I can say that drugs that disinhibit norepinephrine and dopamine, make me focus on a task or a goal and so I wouldn't call that linear, it is a focus, from not knowing what to spend time on to having a focus on something. That seems to be more the result of resolving some anhedonia and increasing interest than changing my thinking, although it could be a bit of both.
Have you ever tried a low dose of prozac? Like 5mg every other day? It still has some serotonerigic effects but helps you focus.
