So today I was prescribed 30 mg of Adderall XR. I am very happy not to be on the Lithium anymore.
What is the "normal" dosage of Adderall and how high can I go. I am just thinking ahead here. If 30 mg isn't enough ...
I hope I don't have to go higher, but I will do whatever it takes to feel better and motivated to do stuff.

Well, I feel more alert which is good. I didn't spend the afternoon in bed the way I usually do. So that's a positive. Hopefully I will be able to get of bed tomorrow.Also, I haven't had any negative side effects from taking it with Parnate (no headaches etc).
I don't think it's a long term solution for my depression. I am just hoping that it will get me out bed and able to exercise etc. which I know WILL help my depression.
Still really suicidal. Well, I didn't expect the Adderall to take care of those thoughts. If it gets much worse I will go to the ER.

Are you still taking Nozinan? Just asking because of its effects on weight.

Yes, I am still taking Nozinan because nothing else work for me. Sometimes I want to stop it because of the weight gain but I don't know what else to take because it's the only thing that work. Well, Loxepine worked well but I developed a tolerance very quickly.
At one point I was taking Largactil for sleep and then it stopped working. I lost 10 pounds when I stopped.
Any thoughts on what else I could take for sleep?

I sound better because I don't have to take that awful Lithium any more.

Ooo, thanks for the lead! I checked and it's avaiable in Canada! The Nozinan is starting to wear off on me.
