Never tried Serzone, although I heard it is suppose to well with depression without causing bad sexual dysfunction. I am worried about the liver failure problems. Is this something that just happens or does the person get symptoms first (ie yellowing of the eyes etc). I get sexual dysfunction on pretty much all SSRIs. There were some reports of Effexor 150 and above has less sexual dysfunction, but I don't know for sure.

The combination of Effexor and Remeron has sometimes produced increased libido.

Since serzone is banned in Europe and Canada I wouldn't do that one taking low dose lexapro with luvox. Phillipa

I could see that, I found that pristiq increased sexual sensitivity for a little while before becoming dulled again. Remeron might prevent some of that dulling.
