Has anyone tried this to reverse tolerance? If so, how did you do it?

Seriously?
With all the talk of amphetamine tolerance on here, NO ONE has tried this?

What kind of intermittent dosing? Are you on the long acting? Taking weekend breaks? On a stabilizer? ADD?
I have a friend who takes Adderall just on work days to help her at work.
I was trying to be a little careful with taking them all of the time, but my dr. actually said I should try to be regular.

Thanks for the response, Alchemy. My pdoc suggested weekend breaks but not mandatory. I tried going down to 15mg of the spanuals from my usual 45 for 1 day. And it was ok, but I was down and irritable at end of day. However, the following day, the usual 45 did seems to work a little better than it had prior to the small "break". Could be placebo, but it was noticeable.
I take dex for ADD (inattentive) and Prozac for depression (40mg). I've read in a few places that going on one day and off (or less) on an alternate day or two can actually reverse tolerance. That's what I was going for - just to stay sharp.

I'm sure that taking breaks reduce the chance of tolerance. It sounds like the symptoms you have when you take a "break" might not be worth it...?
