Makes sense to me. When I'm depressed, the frown lines deepen on my forehead (the ones just above the nose) just as they do when I have a headache or other pain. And depression often feels like a headache without the physical pain to me.

snris esp tcas are used for headaches too. also the NSAID/cox2i studes.
